New ad format - Glass Click
In this tricky ad format, when a user clicks anywhere on the webpage, landing page is opened in active or passive browser tab. No image file is needed, only transparent layer (glass) is displayed on page.
Glass click gives a possibility to set the following parameters:
- Open in active tab - when marked a landing page will be displayed in an active tab, while a website browsed by a user will be displayed in a new, inactive tab
- Prevent default action - when marked will display a layer above all clickable elements on the website, preventing it's default actions
- Prevent looping - prevents before activating Class click template in the new tab, when Open in active tab option is marked.
Improvements in Rising Stars Slider, Video Background Pushdown, AdTiles, Multimedia AdTiles and Carousel
We will introduce also few improvements in ad formats available in the AdOcean interface:
- Rising Stars Slider:
- options "Activate on click" and "Delay" will work independently, so you can set showing slider banner after click and end of counting
- possibility to set close button for whole ad, not only for slider banner
- timer won't be displayed when "Delay" field will be set to null or left empty
- displaying slider banner will be counted as expansion in campaign statistics
- Multimedia AdTiles
- possibility to set banner (as image or HTML5 file) for creative before expanding
- possibility to autoexpanding after defined time
- option "Add empty item" - when marked it will prevent an empty image to show in the gallery, instead of it a first gallery image will be visible
- AdTiles - clicks in arrows will be counted as expansions in campaign statistics
- Video Background Pushdown - clicks in banners will be counted as expansions in campaign statistics
- Carousel - possibility to upload an HTML5 file
New version of VAST Wrapper (without passback)
A new ad template called VAST Wrapper without passback works similar like VAST Wrapper but this new version alternative creative is not chosen if any creative is available.
For this tempalate, no placement profile is needed.
