Inscreens and Dwells as a part of campaign planning

With this release, new functionalities will be added, which opens up the chance for a completely innovative approach to the sales of online advertising space. Our latest solutions are a response to the growing demand for a better visibility of online ads. From now on, it will be possible to plan a campaign in AdOcean based on the below indicators:

  • Inscreens – at least 50% of the ad in view for a minimum of one second
  • Inscreens reach – the number of cookie users who generated inscreens
  • Dwells – defined as intentional engagement with an ad by touch
  • Dwell reach – the number of cookie users who generated dwells

When planning is based on e.g. inscreens, the campaign traffic is distributed evenly and the system automatically adjusts the number of emitted ads so that the expected goal is achieved within a specified time. In this case, it is to achieve a certain number of inscreens. In exactly the same way campaigns planned based on other indicators are carried out.

At the moment, AdOcean offers as many as 12 indicators that can be used in campaign planning.
