List of new features and major fixes for this release:

Longer allowed name field
We noticed that in some cases current restrictions concerning length of the "name" field in properties of campaigns, orders, cappings, surrounds and targetings were limiting for our clients. We have extended the letter count and now you can enter up to 100 characters. We hope that this change will make you work easier.
New targeting capabilities
We have notticed a growing demand for targeting ads to the newest versions of Internet Explorer, so our team added those targeting to the system. Internet Explorer 10 and 11 are now available.
